The PowerSchool Parent Portal is a tool that gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades and detailed assignment descriptions, as well as the ability to to send and receive personal messages from teachers. Once your account is created, you can manage your account information, link any and all students to your account (for whom you have parental/guardian/legal rights to), and set email and notifications preferences for each student linked to your account. This also allows for multiple parent/guardian accounts per student(s).
First time users: You must CREATE an account (regardless if you have only one student or several). You will NEED your student(s) current Access ID (Username) and Access Password for EACH student in order to add them to your account once it is created. If you do not have this information please contact the school and this information will be provided to you. Please see the PARENT PORTAL USER'S GUIDE for detailed information provided below.
Should you have any complications creating your account and would like this done for you, please send an email to ITsupport@montello.k12.wi.us with the following information:
Your full name
Username you would like for your account
Email you want associated to the account
Your relationship to the student (i.e., mother, father, guardian, grandparent)
Your students current Access ID and Password
You will receive an email when the account is active. When you login for the first time you will be prompted to create a new password.
