- Sponsor Internet Safety Seminar
- Sponsor and production of K-6 yearbook
- General Mills classroom competition
- PTO participation classroom award
- Sponsor K-12 “Wonders of Physics” Science Day from UW Madison
- Sponsored Awareness Seminar on prescription drug and Over-the-Counter Drug Misuse
- Hosted a Candidate’s Forum between State Assembly candidates Doc Hines and Fred Clark
- Hosted Candidate’s Forum between school board candidates in 2009
- Purchase of digital cameras for elementary teachers
- Two - $300 scholarships for Montello High School graduating seniors
- Collaboration with Children’s H.O.P.E. for South playground
- Purchased Forest Lane Elementary sign in PUDO area
- Work the registration table during summer registration days
- Compile volunteer list as needed by school staff

PTO Meetings:
- Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month, September – May (unless stated differently in Monday Memo)
- Meal (for those attending meeting) at 5:30
- Meeting at 6:00 (lasts 1 hour)
- Meetings follow an agenda
- Parent input/ideas are much appreciated
- Childcare is provided for school age children (young children are to stay with parents during meeting)
